Guys bottom line, Take the books or audio cds for what they are worth, for inspiration and motivation, but your going to have to really get out there and put the work into it which means becoming more “financially literate.” which will help ensure your financial R.E goals. In fact I purchased several with 100% financing in the last couple years so they are out there my friend if you look for them. I Got one from GMAC for a property I purchased last year. To the one person who commented that it is hard to find a bank that will give you 95% LTV many if not most banks are in fact doing that. I think many of them come from no real basis at all.
